NEW STUDIO ALBUM ‘FIREBIRD’ SCHEDULED FOR 2014 RELEASE

(Toronto, ON – 18 March 2014) – Toronto born singer-songwriter FEFE DOBSON today announces the release of her new single, In Better Hands, from her forthcoming studio album, FIREBIRD, scheduled for a 2014 release via 21 Music/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading Music Company. In Better Hands comes immediately following the success of the song Celebrate, which was featured in CBC’s coverage of the 2014 Sochi Olympics Games opening ceremonies, and is available to view here.
Fefe Dobson first entered the music scene as a precocious 18-year-old, releasing her self-titled debut album in 2003, which achieved platinum-selling success and spawned the massive hits, Bye Bye Boyfriend, and Take Me Away. In 2010, Fefe released Joy which earned her two platinum selling singles with Ghost and Stuttering as well as wins at the Canadian Radio Music Awards and a MuchMusic Video Awards. The free-spirited artist also has an impressive catalogue of writing under her belt, including songs she has penned for Miley Cyrus, Jordin Sparks and Selena Gomez.
