In celebration of this weeks release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, movie and soundtrack, we decided to interview our VP of National Promotion. Meet: Paul Jessop, AKA the biggest Star Wars fan in the Universal Music Canada building. What do we mean by that? Why don’t we take a look into his office… 
Us: Why do you love Star Wars? Paul: What is there not to like: action, great story , incredible characters (except for Jar Jar) and pure escapism. Entertainment at it’s best. What is your most prized Star Wars possession? Still in the box action figures (not f#%@ dolls) from the early 80s…oh yeah and a Star Wars pinball machine. Is it true that you dress like a Jedi on vacation? Tell us how this started. My daughter and I wanted to do something different when it came to family vacation pictures. I decided I would “Jedi myself” without telling my wife. The criteria was to reveal myself in any landscape that could be from a past or future Star Wars movie…I think the results were pretty awesome. The other vacationers also got a kick out of it… 
Which is your favourite Star Wars movie? The Empire Strikes Back, hopefully that will change in the next few hours… If you could be one Star Wars character, who would it be and why? Han Solo…plays by his rules, always on the run with his hair on fire What’s your favourite star wars quote? “I Find Your Lack Of Faith Disturbing” We heard your Christmas Tree has a Star Wars theme…
