SONREAL RELEASES NEW VIDEO “WHOA NILLY” ON VEVO
JOINS CLASSIFIED’S GREATFUL TOUR

20 JANUARY 2016 (Toronto, ON) – The Juno nominated and MMVA award-winning hip-hop artist, SonReal has released a brand new video for the track “Whoa Nilly” on Vevo today. Produced by Arthur McArthur, and off of his critically acclaimed EP “For The Town” (released April 28 via Black Box Recordings) – the video (funded by MuchFACT) is SonReal’s unique take on the wild west and features his mother in a cameo appearance.
Fans got an early preview of the video with its premiere on Much.Com and soon they’ll have a chance to catch SonReal live in action when he sets off on a North American tour on February 6, 2016. He’ll be visiting 25 cities and his Canadian stops will be a part of the Greatful Tour with fellow rapper and Black Box Music stablemate Classified. All confirmed Canadian dates are below.
His most recent full-length release (the mix-tape “One Long Day”) dropped for free in 2014, launched on The Source and received wide spread acclaim with The Huffington Post proclaiming “SonReal has his own flow, his own style, his own message. And he’s pretty damn good at it.” It was that same year when SonReal took home an award for MuchFACT Video of the Year for his viral smash “Everywhere We Go.”
