Rihanna teased her 40 million Instagram followers on June 26 saying she would be a part of the soundtrack for the upcoming movie in the Star Trek franchise, Star Trek: Beyond. The intense teaser had us waiting impatiently for this morning to hear the track:
The single “Sledgehammer” was released Monday morning, and obviously, we’re completely obsessed! The powerful ballad is full of beautiful tones and intensity that’s perfect for the Star Wars franchise, with BadGal RiRi’s own touch of course 😉 Did we mention the track was co-written with Sia?
