Halsey made her way back to Toronto for her Badlands Tour last night, and luckily we were there to witness the magic! Opening up for her was our favourite duo, Oh Wonder, who we saw for the third time in the past 3 weeks — first came Wayhome, then Osheaga, and they were still amazing as ever! The duo of course started the magical night off right, with their graceful presence and beautiful vocals, and an OW sign shining in bright colours on the stage.
After Oh Wonder finished their amazing set, the crowd started packing and and buzzing for Halsey. The singer made an electrifying entrance, and performed hits such as “Ghost,” “New Americana,” her collab with Justin Bieber “The Feeling,” and closed the show with “Colors.” After performing “The Feeling“, the singer sent a message to JBiebs, telling the crowd to let him know that she “…made this song [her] b**ch!”
Halsey‘s vocals and energy were exceptional for the entirety of the performance, and she had an undeniable connection with her fans. She shared a few stories as well with the crowd, explaining how she didn’t think half of the tickets for the tour would sell out, but the show actually ended up overselling.
Overall, the show was one for the books. The fans were overjoyed with the performance, and the fact that she actually performed almost every song off of the album.
