Drake is Toronto’s rap king, Alessia Cara & Shawn Mendes are proving Ontario’s capital has pop chops across the globe, and now, Zeds Dead are putting the city on the map for dance music! The duo, composed of Dylan Mamid (“DC”) and Zachary Rapp-Rovan (“Hooks”), have just released their UNREAL debut album Northern Lights. 
While the core of it is electronic dance music, there are SO many genres at play here: pop, rap, and even classical influences reveal themselves through the 15-track project.
