First of all, stop what you’re doing and watch Lady Gaga perform the most ICONIC Super Bowl halftime show of ALL TIME! (If you weren’t one of the 111 million people already watching it last night of course)
It’s okay, you can breath now. YES, that did just happen. Lady Gaga gave the world the greatest Super Bowl halftime show we’ve ever seen. In fact, CBS reported that Gaga’s halftime show received higher ratings than the actual game itself. Don’t get us wrong, football is fun and all, but we the people really just wanna watch Gaga do her thang for millions of viewers – and boy did she deliver.
Let’s start with her entrance. This may be one of the craziest stunts in Super Bowl history as Gaga began her performance on the roof of the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas singing Woody Guthrie’s civil rights anthem “This Land Is Your Land.” She then made the leap.
Gaga then broke into a string of classics. Here’s her set list:
Poker Face
Born This Way
Telephone
Just Dance
Million Reasons
Bad Romance
Each performance was it’s own spectacle with lights and flames and fireworks galore!
Also, when she gave a shout out to her parents … *heart melting*

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better halftime show.
She finished off her performance with a badass mic drop, before jumping off the stage.
And with that it was over. She had truly won the Super Bowl.
Before the show actually happened, Gaga posted a thank you letter to her fans on Insta:
And when she was done, she gave her fans one more little (REALLY BIG) treat. Queen Gaga announced her Joanne World Tour!
Words from Gaga,
Little Monsters: Lady Gaga is bringing the Joanne World Tour to Toronto at the Air Canada Centre on September 6.
