If you’ve never seen Milky Chance live, add that to your bucket list.
On March 18, the German duo took over a sold out Lee’s Palace in Toronto and started an actual party. A combo of their incredible stage presence, lights worthy of their own spotlight (quite literally), and some Saturday night vibes, it was all kinds of amazing!
It was the band’s very first time performing their new album Blossom, in Canada, but with the level of hype on stage and in the crowd, you’d never know. From their classics like, “Stolen Dance” to recent single, “Cocoon” – the audience didn’t hesitate to shout out every lyric.
Did the boogie all night long with @MilkyChance in TO That was a PARTY, on every level. We can’t wait to do it all over again this summer! pic.twitter.com/aPdazt6b4D

Milky Chance really brought out the works. First of all, you could feel the passion in their jam faces. It almost felt like you were watching them rock out sans crowd. However, you could also tell they were in total performance mode too. Bringing out multiple bass guitars, a harmonica, and some incredible reggae vibes, they bled with talent across the stage.
Did we mention their drummer who doubled as a dancer? We wanna know where he went out after & are pretty jealous we didn’t join.
The crowd was a non stop party though! There were even people on each others shoulders at one point. It really did feel like a festival crowd, gathered together inside of a dark city venue.
We can’t wait to do it all over again this summer at Osheaga! See all of Milky Chance’s upcoming tour dates here.
