Right around Valentine’s Day, we got the chance to join James Barker Band on set of their “Chills” music video. Given that all four of the band members often make our Man Crush Monday list, and we were getting close to love-day, it was heart eyes all around. ❤️
As the day progressed, we noticed it wasn’t just JBB on set, but a couple that looked wildly familiar. We soon discovered that it was the Musical.ly star, Kristen Hancher & her boyfriend Andrew Gregory!

The countdown to the “Chills” video began immediately! Happy to say that the countdown is over & the video is now here!!!
James Barker Band – “Chills”
The third single from James Barker Band is what we’ve deemed a slow-jam love song. AKA it makes you instantly smile, dance, and want to send to your significant other (or crush) stat! And the video brings all of those feelings together beautifully. From the first date nerves:

And the adorable ending…we won’t spoil that with a gif; our hearts flutter and we smile at the screen for a full 3 mins.

It feels like we’ve been working on these songs for so long that everyone should already know them, but at the same time it feels like only yesterday that we were recording Lawn Chair Lazy. We have poured everything that we have into these songs, and I hope people can feel that.”
“From the diverse collection of tunes, to the working album art and EP title, we wanted to make sure that the whole project made sense with who and what we are. We are a group of fun loving country music fanatics that are influenced by all kinds of genres, but we aren’t just party animals, we have personal lives and relationships just like everyone else. We really hope our fans enjoy listening and can relate to these songs as much as we do!”
