Whether he’s only just landed on your radar or has been on your playlist for a while, 26-year-old NF is the triple threat that you need to know about. He debuted his rapping, singing and songwriting talents at the 2010 Fine Arts Festival and went on to release his breakthrough EP back in 2014.
NF’s relatable lyrics and catchy beats make him a must in every perfect playlist and in 2015, he proved that with the release of his debut studio album, Mansion. Brand new tracks like the brutally honest “All I Have” saw NF on his mission to convey himself truthfully through his music.

2016 also proved to be a big year for the Michigan native with his second album, Therapy Session winning the Dove Award for Best Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year. NF took a different approach when penning the tracks for this album. Explaining that “I Just Wanna Know” was a combination of experiences pulled from various relationships as opposed to just one.
NF describes, “This song is all over the place, me pulling from tons of my experiences and different relationships to different people. Usually I write songs so specific to one point, so this was a little different for me.” – Genius
