Eminem fans have been eagerly awaiting a new album since 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2. And now, we’ve FINALLY got confirmation that a new album called Revival is only a couple weeks away!
After tons of teasing from Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, who posted this photo on Instagram, it’s all been confirmed.
The anticipation for the album has built up by a website for the “canticum remedium” drug features muliple Eminem references. It also claims to be “Manufactured by Popsomp Industries”, the same name of the rehab centre Eminem used to promote his 2009 album, Relapse. Em himself posted on his social media accounts to promote the “drug.”
If you try the number on the site, 1-833-2GET-REV, it lists the side effects, ending with:
“Thank you for continuing to hold—we give you some serious fucking credit for sticking with this.”
Fast forward to now and Dr. Dre has confirmed that, yes, an Eminem album called Revival is on its way to us for DECEMBER 15th! Mark that day down.
