The Oscar nominations for the 2019 Academy Awards have been announced! Leading the way with ten nominations each are the films “The Favourite” and “Roma.” “A Star is Born” and “Vice” both have eight nominations, followed closely behind by “Black Panther” with seven, “BlacKkKlansman” with six, and both “Green Book” and “Bohemian Rhapsody” with five.

Amongst the nominees for “Best Original Song” are “All of the Stars” by Kendrick Lamar and SZA (from “Black Panther”) and “Shallow” by Lady Gaga (from “A Star is Born”). Listen to the two awesome tracks here and see which one you think deserves to win:

Speaking of awesome tracks, Billie Eilish has released a song inspired by Best Picture nominee “Roma.” According to a statement published by Rolling Stone, the song uses actual sounds from the movie to help convey the film’s narrative. Listen to the beautifully composed ballad here:
