The EP is unapologetically romantic with Olsen professing his love and appreciation for his partner. The title track, “Relationship Goals” in particular is extremely fun and flirty; perfect for the summertime and for the girls to get ready and y’know, party.

anders ‘Honest’ Album
“With this project, I really wanted to get more intricate with all the details in every way—the writing, and the production. On “Floor 21,” the outro feels like you’re traveling through a spaceship. It’s something we sat there for hours and hours to really hone in on” – anders with Complex CA
For the 3rd album release of the week, anders has dropped his surprise album, ‘Honest.’ anders brings his storytelling to the forefront of Canadian music with this release. If you are a fan of fellow Toronto raised artists, Drake or The Weeknd, anders is definitely another name to add to your list. Overall, this release takes a unique flow that matures his sound in comparison to his previous works. We highly recommend the whole album.

Said The Whale “99 To The Moon”
Vancouver indie outfit Said The Whale have dropped an intimate new song, “99 to the Moon.” The song speaks about two people growing together over a chunk of time and was inspired by singer-guitarist Tyler Bancroft’s own 11-year relationship. He sings about what it means to build a solid foundation in a partnership and raising a family – all the million tiny moments that stack on top of each other like bricks. According to the band, the song’s title “can either be interpreted as the year 1999, until forever or as the 99 B-Line (a bus that runs east-west in Vancouver) to wherever you are going.” Keep your eyes out for Said The Whale’s upcoming album, ‘Dandelion,’ out October 22nd.

BAD CHILD “Royalty – Royalty Remix”
We already know and love BAD CHILD’s song “Royalty,” released in February as apart of the ‘Free Trial’ album. Now in a complete new styling of the song, the “Royalty – Royalty Remix” by No Love For The Middle Child dives into the deeper and darker sounds of this song. This is emphasized by pairing the vocals with a much more intense listening experience in contrast to that of the original. This remix has definitely been one of the songs we’ve had on repeat this morning and you’re going to love it!

Dermot Kennedy “Better Days”
In our final release of the week, we bring you Dermot Kennedy’s brand new track, “Better Days.” The song is a soft track that sounds how coming together feels. A song that is honest about the realities and obstacles life can throw at us, the emotion behind Kennedy’s vocals allow for the sorrow to be felt through his delivery. This song comes as one that can be used as inspiration and a reminder of the light that always shines down on each of us.
“This is a song about patience. It’s about believing in something brighter, and never losing sight of better days, no matter how hard things might get. In a time where so many people feel worried and exhausted, I would love for this song to remind even one person that things will improve.” – Dermot Kennedy
