24 JULY 2026 (TORONTO, ON) – After months of building momentum with “Chanel” and “6IXSIDE,” TyriqueOrDie today announces his new EP, This Feels Electric, arriving August 21 via Universal Music Canada. Led by the new single “Get Some,” the project brings together the sound, energy and perspective that have defined Ty’s evolution over the past year, resulting in his most fully realized body of work to date.
Produced by Grammy Award-nominated producer Avedon (Megan Thee Stallion, Trippie Redd, Armin van Buuren), “Get Some” serves as the gateway to This Feels Electric—a six-track EP that pushes TyriqueOrDie’s signature blend of rap and electronic music further than ever before. Equal parts euphoric, playful and relentless, the project channels the late-night energy of packed dancefloors into Ty’s most cohesive work yet.

TyriqueOrDie is a Toronto-based artist and performer emerging from the city’s underground rave circuit. Raised in Galloway, a housing project in Scarborough, his foundation in hip hop collided with the energy of Toronto’s warehouse and DIY party scene, where he went on to build the Toronto Hardcore series, a movement shaping a new wave of experimental nightlife in the city.
