18 SEPTEMBER 2026 (TORONTO, ON) – Country music star on the rise, Kalsey Kulyk hit the stage last night in Saskatoon to perform at the official CCMAs Legends Showcase with Patricia Conroy. During the performance, Kulyk was surprised by the Canadian country Music Hall of Fame member with a personalized video invitation from country music trailblazer Lainey Wilson, to make her official Grand Ole Opry debut on November 21. In the video invitation, Lainey praises Kulyk’s talents, noting: “You have one of the most beautiful voices that I have ever heard to this day,” she continues, “I cannot think of anyone more deserving.”
The news arrives ahead of Kulyk’s performance on the CCMA Awards broadcast tomorrow, September 19. In addition to her invitation to make her Grand Ole Opry debut, Kulyk alsoannounces the new single “Your Side of the Bar” for release on October 2 via Universal Music Canada. The new single is available to pre-save now. The new single ebbs and flows with Kulyk’s signature sound, with dreamy vocals enhanced with light and airy strings.

“Your Side of the Bar” will follow the latest single “The Brave” released in June. Kulyk delivers the song with her signature southern twang, soulful lyrics and an upbeat melody that is sure to put a smile on your face. Prior to “The Brave”, Kulyk unveiled the poignant track “Little Boy” released just ahead of Mother’s Day alongside a powerful new lyric video showcasing Kulyk’s personal catalogue of home videos. The emotional ballad immediately struck a chord with parents online, garnering significant organic momentum and countless social creations reminiscing on the fleeting nature of childhood and memorable family moments.
In March 2026, Kulyk released her empowering new EP, Her Rodeo featuring the standout track “Cut Him Loose”. The song continues to propel Kulyk as a country powerhouse in the making with a mix of rollicking guitar riffs, a rhythmic drum beat and her signature standout vocals and lyricism.

Kalsey Kulyk has enjoyed a lifelong passion for music.
