SOFI TUKKER’S ANIMAL TALK HEADLINE TOUR CONTINUES ACROSS NORTH AMERICA
25 SEPTEMBER 2026 (TORONTO, ON) — Two-time GRAMMY-nominated electronic duo SOFI TUKKER team up with global hitmakers ONEREPUBLIC today for their new single “TSUNAMI,” out now.

Built around an immediate melodic hook, a groovy bassline, and a playful, syllabic chorus, “TSUNAMI” brings SOFITUKKER and ONEREPUBLIC together for a sleek, effortless collaboration. The track moves with a smooth pulse, gradually building in rhythm and dance energy as it unfolds without losing the relaxed confidence at its core.
On working with Ryan Tedder and ONEREPUBLIC, SOFI TUKKER shared: “It was awesome to be in the studio with a legendary song writer like Ryan. It was so natural and it came quick and we loved it ever since. It took a bunch of different versions of it and ended up feeling timeless, musical and lush.”
“TSUNAMI” arrives amidst a major fall for SOFI TUKKER, whose Animal Talk headline tour is currently underway across North America. The run has already included standout shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, with more major dates still ahead, including Pacha New York in Brooklyn on October 2, before the duo takes the main stage at Austin City Limits across both weekends of the festival. The release follows SOFI TUKKER’s 2026 singles “COOK” with J Balvin and summer standout “Barthelona,”continuing a strong year of new music for the duo. Their recent releases have ranged from a major cross-genre collaboration to a fan-favorite track that built anticipation through months of festival and DJ-set teases. The new collaboration continues that momentum, opening up another side of SOFI TUKKER’s sound alongside ONEREPUBLIC.
This fall also marks the rollout of SOFI TUKKER’s new design collaboration with Gibson, a collection of eight one-of-one custom Flying V guitars created with Sophie Hawley-Weld and unveiled one by one throughout the Animal Talk tour. The project puts a new spin on the guitar that has long been part of Sophie’s onstage identity, with a selection of the instruments set to be auctioned following the tour in support of Gibson Gives and its work expanding access to music education and wellness initiatives. SOFI TUKKER are also featured in Champion’s global FW26 “True Champion” campaign, adding another major partnership to an already packed fall.

GRAMMY® nominated ONEREPUBLIC first burst onto the scene in 2007 with their debut album, Dreaming Out Loud, since then, the band has amassed over 10 billion streams on Spotify alone.
