05 JANUARY 2016 (Toronto, ON) Ronan Keating reveals Time of My Life, his new studio album scheduled for February 12 release via Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. Having already sold over 20 million records worldwide as a solo artist, alongside the 25 million records he sold with Boyzone, Ronan now embarks upon the next chapter of his career. This is the album eagerly awaited by his fans – who have grown up with him over the past 20 years. His 10th studio album, Time of My Life finds Ronan back at his very best, worldly wise, with a bevy of self-penned, heartfelt and revealing songs. An album that’s equal parts biographical and raw, Ronan has recorded 12 tracks that manage to move between touching acoustic moments as on lead single “Let Me Love You”, to the anthemic “Don’t Think I Remember” via huge sing-along choruses such as “As Long As We’re In Love”. This new album sees Ronan back with his first love – music. Coming after a break during which he starred in the West End, appeared as a judge on Australian X-Factor and found happiness with his new wife, Storm. Still only 38, Ronan has been making music for over 22 years. In recent years, Ronan has been taking on more acting roles and made his West End debut in Once earlier this year to great critical-acclaim. Most recently, Ronan has been cast in World War II drama, Another Mother’s Son, alongside John Hannah, Jenny Seagrove and Amanda Abbington. X Factor Australia has also taken up his time – Ronan had five great years as a judge on the show mentoring two winners including 15 year old Marlisa Punzalan who was the victor in 2014. More details on Ronan’s latest record are still to emerge, but in pictures taken from the London recording sessions for the album, Ronan still has the poster boy good looks that saw his face on bedroom walls across the country when Boyzone first shot to international success 21 years ago. Ronan on his new album: "I've spent the majority of my life and career pleasing everyone else, doing what people expected of me and in a sense I lost the confidence just to simply be me. Over the last few years I have been on an incredible journey and it's the best thing that could have happened to me, as now I'm finally comfortable in my own skin and truly happy. This album is a true reflection of who I am and the music I want to make. It’s taken a year to write but in that time I have given the most honest piece of me.”
