18 NOVEMBER 2016 (Toronto, ON) – Global superstar Justin Bieber will celebrate the one-year anniversary of his global smash album, PURPOSE – which has sold over ten million copies worldwide – with the release of a LIMITED EDITION PURPOSE SINGLES BOX SET. The box set has been released via RBMG / Def Jam Recordings / Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company, and is available to order here. Bieber released PURPOSE on November 13, 2015, and the album opened at #1 in over 100 countries around the world. PURPOSE shattered global streaming records and has yielded three consecutive #1 singles in the US – “What Do You Mean”, “Sorry”, and “Love Yourself”, which is 5x platinum is the US alone. In late 2015, these three tracks landed at #1, #2 and #3 on the UK singles chart, surpassing a record previously held by The Beatles and making Bieber the only artist to ever accomplish such a feat. Hand-numbered and limited to 5,000 copies, the PURPOSE SINGLES BOX SET houses three 7-inch vinyl discs, comprising the album’s trio of worldwide #1 multi-platinum hits: “What Do You Mean?”, “Sorry”, and “Love Yourself”, plus bonus tracks. Mastered at 33 1/3 rpm, each disc will be covered in a vinyl sleeve and vinyl jacket.
