Debut EP don’t smile at me out August 11

17 July 2017 (Toronto, ON) – Fresh off a mini tour across Europe, 15-year-old pop sensation Billie Eilish returns with the brand-new track, “COPYCAT”. Yet another smoldering gem from the young singer, the song is part of her upcoming EP, dont smile at me, which drops worldwide August 11 on Darkroom/Interscope Records/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company.

“COPYCAT” follows the release of the track, “watch”, as well as the release of her official video for the Thirteen Reasons Why Netflix Original soundtrack song, “Bored”. Described as “stunning” and “artistic” by V Magazine, the video entered the Global Top 50 most trending videos on YouTube and continues to garner tens of thousands of views. The song itself has received more than 7.5 million streams on Spotify while Eilish has collectively amassed an impressive 80+ million combined streams of her music to date.

Featured in ELLE Magazine’s annual Women In Music issue, Billie was touted as being “on the verge of star status”. Hailed as “THE next big thing” (Teen Vogue), “Pop’s next ‘It’ girl” (Vogue Magazine), and a “breakout star, headed to the top” (V Magazine), this is the beginning of a highly-anticipated career from the teenage artist.

This fall, Billie will be embarking on her first ever North American headlining tour. Sign up for Billie’s official mailing list for updates on the tour and pre-sale tickets.
