Directed by Malia James [Halsey, Troye Sivan], the animated clip spins a psychedelic love story between Bishop Briggs and co-star (and real-life boyfriend) Landon Jacobs of Sir Sly. The cartoon representations of these lovers go on a wild ride told through colorful vignettes highlighted by lonely desert highways, smoked-out rainbows, hallucinatory dreamscapes, and love-drunk drama that brings her candid lyrics to life.
Produced by John Hill ("Feel It Still" by Portugal. the Man), “Baby” is an infectious and exuberant anthem that draws inspiration from an infatuation with a leather-clad lover. The track follows up her critically acclaimed debut, CHURCH OF SCARS, and heralds more new music to come very soon.
