CHEMICAL BROTHERS RELEASE VISUAL FOR NEW TRACK C-H-E-M-I-C-A-L

C-h-e-m-i-c-a-l

directed by long-time collaborators, Adam Smith and Marcus Lyall

11 NOVEMBER 2016 (Toronto, ON) - The Chemical Brothers have released the visual for their new track C-h-e-m-i-c-a-l, directed by long-term collaborators Adam Smith and Marcus Lyall. Drawing influence from vintage children's television, characters were filmed with a Kinnect Camera (equipment usually used for motion scanning in computer games), and then twisted into holographic, neon ravers. Adam Smith also directed the music video for ‘Galvanize’ and the band's film ‘Don’t Think’, plus creatively directed the ‘Born in The Echoes’ world tour along with Marcus Lyall. C-h-e-m-i-c-a-l premiered last week as ‘Hottest Record’ on Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show and has been a favourite of the band's live show for the past few months. C-h-e-m-i-c-a-l is available  here. The single follows on from their hugely successful eighth studio album, Born In The Echoes the band’s sixth UK number one record, which was released in July 2015 via Virgin/Universal Music Canada, the country's leading music company.
