DECCA RECORDS RELEASES WORLD SLEEP DAY 2024 COMPILATION ALBUM
3 HOURS OF NEW MUSIC FROM 34 GLOBAL ARTISTS AVAILABLE DIGITALLY NOW
FOURTH YEAR OF DECCA’S PARTNERSHIP WITH THE WORLD SLEEP SOCIETY

15 MARCH 2024 (TORONTO, ON) – In their fourth year promoting sleep health globally, Decca Records US today released the official World Sleep Day 2024 compilation album, featuring three hours of peaceful music from 34 artists. The World Sleep Society celebrates World Sleep Day each year to raise awareness of sleep health; as the official music partner of World Sleep Day, Decca has curated an album specifically designed to encourage a restful night’s sleep. Listen HERE.
The contributing musicians, who come from twelve different labels under Universal Music Group, have provided soothing, ambient compositions that aim to create a tranquil listening environment. In celebrating World Sleep Day, these artists have introduced brand new tracks along with sleep and ambient reworks of popular releases.
Among the participating musicians are highly-prolific composers from around the globe, some of whom have previously released music for sleep. Others make their first contributions to World Sleep Day on this album, including Tony Ann, Meredi, Alexandra Whittingham, and Jordi Forniés.
World Sleep Day is a global call to action to celebrate healthy sleep. Since 2008, the World Sleep Society has used World Sleep Day to encourage its delegates and sleep health advocates to take action in their local communities, clinics, and countries to raise awareness for sleep health.
