HAILEE STEINFELD SHARES “I LOVE YOU’S”, LEAD SINGLE FROM FORTHCOMING TWO PART PROJECT
26 MARCH 2020 (TORONTO, ON) - After teasing new music earlier this week on social media, Academy Award ® nominated actress and multi-platinum recording artist Hailee Steinfeld returns today with “I Love You’s” via Republic Records/Universal Music Canada, the country's leading music company. "I Love You's" arrives as the lead single from her forthcoming two part project. With its lush textures and fluttery beats, Steinfeld invokes hope, optimism, and self-love as she sings “no more I love you’s until I’m ok,” inspired by the Annie Lennox classic.

“After going through a breakup, I decided I needed time to focus on myself and heal without the distractions of another relationship,” Hailee shares. “There’s something really empowering about deciding what’s best for you and putting yourself first. That’s what this record is about.”
“I Love You’s” is the second single Hailee has released this year and will be featured on Part 1 of her new project out May 1 – project title and additional details to be revealed soon. In addition to “I Love You’s”, Part 1 of Hailee’s new project will feature five tracks including her “emotional ballad” (Billboard) “Wrong Direction,” which she performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last month.
