17 APRIL 2026 (TORONTO, ON) - Today, Grammy-nominated and 6x Juno-winning singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez delivers "N.Y.F.F.", a raw, vulnerable new single that once again proves why she stands in a class of her own. A sharp, rap-sung kiss-off to a lying, unfaithful ex (a man “allergic” to the truth), Reyez lyrically picks apart every hole in his stories with the cool, cutting precision of someone who has finally stopped pretending. "N.Y.F.F." is another testament to what makes her so magnetic: she bleeds on the track openly and unguarded, so much so that you feel like you've lived it too. The song’s dynamic blend of grit, melody, and emotional release that has become her signature further reinforces her status as one of the most compelling voices in pop and R&B. “N.Y.F.F” follows last month’s surprise EP $TILL PAID, a five-track project celebrating one year of her critically acclaimed 2025 album PAID IN MEMORIES. A musical victory lap featuring a remix with BRIT Award-winning rapper Stormzy, the EP served as a moment of reflection and celebration for one of the most respected songwriter-artists working today. The project arrived after Reyez completed her massive sold-out PAID IN MEMORIES headline world tour in 2025, and released her poetry book Words of A Goat Princess II: The People’s Purge, the second volume in her USA Today Best-Selling poetry series.
$TILL PAID builds upon the foundation laid by Reyez’s milestone album PAID IN MEMORIES, which has ushered in this current chapter of her career. Spanning over 20 tracks and featuring collaborations with artists such as Ari Lennox, Big Sean, Miguel, Lil Yachty, 6LACK, Lil Wayne, and Deyaz, the record cemented Reyez’s continued evolution both sonically and thematically. ABOUT JESSIE REYEZ
A certified global phenomenon known for her fearless lyricism and emotive performances, Reyez’s releases have earned press praise from Rolling Stone, Harper’s Bazaar, Associated Press, T Magazine, Genius, People, GRAMMY.com, and more. In recent years, Reyez released her first book of poems, Words of a Goat Princess, contributed to Netflix’s Rebel Moon soundtrack with the single “Child of Fire,” and delivered a unique rendition of “Is This Love” featured on the Bob Marley: One Love – Music Inspired by the Film soundtrack, which went on to win a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album.
