31 JULY 2014 (Toronto, ON) – Justin Townes Earle’s fifth studio album, Single Mothers, will be released on September 9 via Vagrant Records/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. Fans who pre-order the album on iTunes will receive two instant-grat tracks White Gardenias,which Consequence of Sound calls “(a song that) plays like a ballad for a runaway lover” and Time Shows Fools, which Vice hails as “beautiful and everything we love about Mr. Earle.” Single Mothers is comprised of ten tracks that showcase exactly why Justin Townes Earle is considered a forefather of Contemporary Americana.
