KESHIA CHANTÉ RETURNS TO HER FIRST LOVE WITH “THE VALLEY”

KChanteTheValley 17 NOVEMBER 2016 (Toronto, ON) The former co-host of BET’s iconic music show 106 & Park, Canada’s own Keshia Chanté is back into the music scene with a sexy new look and sultry new single. The 28-year-old Canadian singer, songwriter and Juno Award winner has returned with her new hit, The Valley, produced by Stephen Rezza, Zac Poor (Tori Kelly) and mixed by Noel Cadastre (OVO Sound).  Keshia showcases her vocal ability on The Valley and also shows her mature side in the video teaser, a creative collaboration with Sasha Samsonova and Niko Nice. Keshia Chanté has previously garnered Top 5 radio success in Canada with multiple singles and a #1 Billboard single in Japan as well as rounded up awards and acclaim from such music heavy-hitters like Stephen G. Hill, President of BET Networks.  She originally hit the music scene at the age of 14, and has since rounded out her career to include international prominence after two successful years on US television. She now says the sum of her experiences has heightened her overall craft. "I may have been a singer for many years, but today I am an artist." Keshia's upcoming music project features collaborations with Julia Michaels (Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas) and Lindy Robbins (Jason Derulo, David Guetta), Tayla Parx (Alicia Keys, Firth Harmony), T-Collar (Chris Brown, Rita Ora), and fellow Canadians Matthew Burnett (Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown) and xSDTRK (Usher, Jessie J), to name a few.
