14 September 2017 (Toronto, ON) – Los Angeles trio LANY today share the official video for “Super Far”, taken from their recently released 16-track self-titled debut album, out now on Polydor Records/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. The colour-drenched video was directed by Isaac Ravishankara, previously behind visuals for Aurora, Hozier and Kesha, and sees the band explore a vivid, ever-changing backdrop as Klein ruminates on a long-distance relationship breakdown. Watch the video here.

‘Super Far,’ co-written by Grammy winning songwriter Ryan Tedder, broke Spotify’s Top 200 and Top 50 Viral Songs globally, continues to rack up over 650,000 streams per day and currently has over 39+ million listens.

LANY have been on the road nonstop for the past two years, playing 117 shows in 2016 and set to end 2017 with 135 shows in 28 countries under their belt, making them one of the hardest working bands in the business. Fresh from performing at this year’s Reading & Leeds festivals just a couple of weeks ago, the band are soon to begin a run of North American dates, including four Canadian dates, see details below. Tickets are on sale now on the band’s website.

The LA trio – Paul Klein, Les Priest and Jake Goss – have amassed a huge fanbase with over 7.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify and combined streams of over 276 million. LANY was the most streamed artist of 2016 through the Spotify Discover feature, with ‘ILYSB’ also holding the title of the most streamed song. ‘ILYSB’ has had over 73 million streams on Spotify alone and the acoustic as well as remix versions have racked up another 37 million combined Spotify streams.
