LIL YACHTY RELEASES NEW TRACK AND MUSIC VIDEO “SOMETHING ETHER”

23 FEBRUARY 2024 (TORONTO, ON) — Lil Yachty released his second track and video of the year with “Something Ether” via Quality Control Music/Motown Records/Universal Music Canada. Directed by Little Miles and AMD Visuals, the new video displays Yachty’s boundless energy and creativity as alternate angles of himself flash across the screen to keep pace with the rambunctious beat. The creative maverick’s ability to break out of any box critics may try to confine him in is on full display as he switches up his flow to complement the track’s distorted 808’s and experimental percussion. “Something Ether” follows Lil Yachty’s previous release, “A Cold Sunday,” and comes after having recently announced that he has an album with James Blake on the way.
