The long awaited follow up to her two best-selling Christmas albums, a medley sampler from A Winter Fantasy can be heard here. For A Winter Fantasy, Boyd interweaves beloved traditional holiday music with original material that features her signature sublime guitar sound, supported by ethereal orchestrations and arrangements from Peter Bond and Michael Savona. Featuring primarily instrumentals, this new recording also includes three vocal songs including the magical O Holy Night and her original song Alone on Christmas Day. The album concludes with a new version of My Special Christmas Present is You – Boyd’s online hit with Maria Aragon. Liona Boyd has introduced millions around the world to the art of classical guitar through her concerts, television specials, music videos and numerous Gold and Platinum recordings.
