Ludacris first previewed “Real Hustla” with a clip on social media, inciting widespread anticipation for its release from his global audience. The track’s distorted synth loop twists around a loose beat punctuated by the thump of 808s and jittery hi-hats. Against this backdrop, Ludacris and GloRilla lock into an incendiary back-and-forth boosted by highly quotable bars. Fittingly, this banger culminates on a chantable chorus, “This the real hustla, this the real flow.”

Stay tuned for the premiere of a wild cinematic music video to accompany the song.

Just last month, he and GloRilla joined forces for the first time during the 2026 American Music Awards. Together, they presented the “Song of the Summer” award to global juggernaut BTS. Following the show, he dropped a super popular photo dump on Instagram, cataloging candid moments with the K-Pop superstars as well as Katseye, Leon Thomas, Teddy Swims, Queen Latifah, Blackpink, John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, and more. The carousel of pics reeled in 1 million-plus “likes.” EVERYBODY wants to party with Ludacris!

He maintains his momentum on the heels of “Pull Over.” Beyond stacking up millions of streams, its hilarious music video directed by O.G. collaborator Dave Meyers has already amassed nearly a million YouTube views. Beyond plugs from Billboard, That Grape Juice, and more, The Source praised, “The release continues Ludacris’ legacy of delivering memorable and visually inventive music videos that blend comedy, storytelling, and hip-hop culture.” Plus, Complex proclaimed, “The animated Dave Meyers-directed music video marks the rollout of Luda’s first solo album in over 10 years.”

In advance of the song’s release, he had HBCUs nationwide buzzing just in time for graduation. Marching bands took over school football stadiums with the drumlines and horns making the track Friday Night Lights-ready! Baller Alert documented the phenomenon as did The Neighborhood Talk along with many more. Check out the viral videos now!

In case you missed it, he debuted “Pull Over” during his show-stopping performance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards where he hosted.

In 2025, Ludacris commemorated the 25th anniversary of his breakout second full-length album, Back For The First Time, with a brand-new limited-edition Vinyl version out now. It has incited widespread retrospective acclaim. Looking back, VIBE recalled, “The album was the launchpad for what has been a legendary career, as Ludacris went on to release several more studio albums and is now widely regarded as one of the most popular and acclaimed artists the south has ever produced.”

Reigniting southern hip-hop, Ludacris vaulted to the forefront of the culture when he originally dropped Back For The First Time on October 17, 2000—exactly 25 years ago. Upon arrival, the album bowed at #4 on the Billboard 200 and captured #2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart. It eventually earned a 3x-Platinum certification from the RIAA. Among a myriad of heaters, it boasted the 2x-Platinum-certified classic “What’s Your Fantasy” [feat. Shawnna], which reached #21 on the Billboard Hot 100 and graced the soundtrack of the cult classic comedy How High. Plus, it spawned the seminal “Southern Hospitality” [feat. Pharrell]. Thus far, the record has amassed hundreds of millions of streams.

There are no hustlas as real as Ludacris and GloRilla…
