22 MAY 2026 (TORONTO, ON) – TyriqueOrDie returns today with “Chanel,” a high-energy, club-driven single that opens his 2026 run. Emerging from Toronto’s underground rave circuit, where he helped shape the Toronto Hardcore series, the track leans further into the hedonistic, late-night world that defines his sound, blending sharp rap delivery with pulsing, dancefloor-ready production.
Out now via Universal Music Canada, “Chanel” is produced by Jon Santana and captures the energy of late nights where fashion, money and desire collide. Built around hypnotic repetition and sharp one-liners, the track moves through strip club energy and after-hours excess, with TyriqueOrDie delivering lines that feel effortless and fully in the moment. “Chanel is such a feel-good song! It’s definitely my favourite right now,” says TyriqueOrDie. “Fun fact, whenever I’m recording, I usually have some kind of visual playing in the background. During this session I had the Chanel Spring/Summer 2025 show running.”

TyriqueOrDie is a Toronto-based artist and performer emerging from the city’s underground rave circuit. Raised in Galloway, a housing project in Scarborough, his foundation in hip hop collided with the energy of Toronto’s warehouse and DIY party scene, where he went on to build the Toronto Hardcore series, a movement shaping a new wave of experimental nightlife in the city.
