On the new single and video, MALACHI notes:“‘Soul is mine is about my first break up. Ending a long relationship was hard for me and it brought me to a dark place emotionally. But I wouldn’t be me if it wasn’t for the lesson I learned from that whole experience. I hope you can relate to it and know that after the heartbreak and loss, is healing and growth.”

Filmed in black and white, the Michael Garcia directed video sees MALACHI sitting at the piano singing his expressively emotive lyrics while a single dancer en pointe moves in tune with the melody. Produced by Shiri Fauer and Bruno Breil (Hidden Pictures LLC/21 Entertainment Group Inc.), the video perfectly captures the tone of the powerful new track.

Growing up on the outskirts of Toronto, 22-year-old rising artist MALACHI, spent his childhood surrounded by music of all genres.
