18 JULY 2025 (TORONTO, ON) — Today, breakout star Alessi Rose releases “Everything Anything,” an irresistible sing-along that splits the difference between whip-smart self-deprecation and astonished derision for a cowardly ex. The deceptively easy-grooving alt-pop confection is the third single from the self-made singer, songwriter, and producer’s highly anticipated new EP, Voyeur, due out via Capitol Records on July 25. Listen to “Everything Anything” HERE, watch the lyric video HERE, and go HERE to pre-order Voyeur now.

The new single follows Alessi’s breakout Glastonbury debut, which highlighted the 22-year-old’s rare talent for turning her messiest and most secret feelings into arena-sized anthems. Billboard called the set “superstar-cementing” in their “Best Moments of Glastonbury 2025”; DIY Magazine noted that, “Rose has firmly secured her status as pop’s hottest new It-girl”; and BBC dubbed her “a pop queen on the brink of stardom.”

“Everything Anything” only affirms all the building excitement around the London-based artist. Co-written by Alessi and produced by Couros, (Dora Jar, Saya Gray) the song opens on warm electric guitar and intimate vocals as our oversharing heroine unfurls the real-life story of a former beau moving onto her street. As song evolves into a breezy, full-band sound, she lets out another infinitely quotable chorus: “Your silence is deafening, I thought you were everything, but you don’t want anything, it’s clear / Guess that’s how the penny drops, you’re mine ’til the day you’re not, a godawful paradox, it’s weird / What’s wrong with you? Oh, we used to have sex, now my calls don’t go through.”

Says Alessi, “‘Everything Anything’ pokes fun at the utter absurdity of having someone who you once were so close and intimate with now becoming a total stranger. It’s vulnerable but also deeply ironic and feels like the stream of consciousness, confessional rant you’d share with a friend at a sleepover.”

Fans were previously treated to the alt-rock-edged bop “That Could Be Me,” a wildly riveting portrait of obsession, and her fiercely confessional Capitol Records debut single “Same Mouth.” Like every song on Voyeur, these three tastes of the set thus far blend tender vocals, sticky-sweet melodies, razor-sharp lyrics, and ultra vivid emotions to incredible effect. Made with taste-making producers like Sam De Jong (Gracie Abrams, Lennon Stella), John Hill (Cage the Elephant, Carly Rae Jepsen), and Sammy Witte (SZA, Halsey), the eight-song project combines Alessi’s uncompromising vision with a bright but gritty brand of alt-pop to deliver a sing-along-ready exploration of her complex inner world. “On Voyeur, the voyeurism is twofold,” Alessi explains. “The audience becomes a voyeur of my innermost thoughts and feelings through the music, but additionally I am a voyeur of myself and my own sometimes self-sabotaging decisions. I wanted this EP to feel like the unfiltered version of events that you tell your closest friends, and I feel like the bluntness of the lyrics reflect that. I don’t care how I’m perceived because I trust the listener.”

That openness has brought Alessi massive success. Hailed as one of the “15 Rising U.K. and Ireland Acts to Watch in 2025” by Billboard, she’s amassed millions of streams across a pair of EPs and emerged as a fascinating artist on the rise, garnering critical praise from NME, Line of Best Fit, The Face, and more. In this cover feature, Dork Magazine declared her “the voice of a new confessional pop generation.”

Alessi recently wrapped her first series of U.S. tour dates (including sold-out two-night stands at New York City’s Baby’s All Right and Los Angeles’ Moroccan Lounge) and a run supporting Dua Lipa in arenas and stadiums across the pond on the Radical Optimism tour. With two U.K./European headline tours already under her belt (both of which sold out in less than 10 minutes, subsequently upgraded venues, and immediately sold out again), Alessi is currently working through a slate of festivals overseas and will soon join Tate McRae on the North American leg of the Miss Possessive tour, launching this October.

Growing up in Derby, England, Alessi first explored her creative side through poetry at age 13. With inspirations including pop visionaries like Lorde and Kate Bush, she soon began writing songs and later taught herself to produce while working as a bartender to save up for college. After building a following online, Alessi made her official debut in the summer of 2023 with the self-written and produced “say ur mine,” which amassed over 40K views in less than a week. From there, she released “hate this part” and a string of singles leading up to her 2024 EP, rumination as ritual. In early 2025, Alessi shared her second EP, for your validation, quickly earning a global following with highlights like “IKYK” and “oh my.”

Keep your eyes and ears peeled for more from Alessi Rose as she unveils Voyeur next week.
