01 JUNE 2017 (TORONTO, ON) – Today, Canadian recording artist Shawn Hook announces the release of his highly anticipated EP, My Side Of Your Story on June 16 via Hollywood Records/Universal Music Canada the country’s leading music company. The EP includes Shawn’s hit single and video, “Reminding Me,” which features Vanessa Hudgens.
“Reminding Me” already has over 10 million streams, over 4 million video views, and was just added to Spotify’s Today’s Top Hits Playlist. The song has already reached #24 at Top 40 and #16 on Hot AC radio in his native Canada. Hook and Hudgens recently performed “Reminding Me” on The Today Show – watch HERE.
My Side Of Your Story is a musical feast, from the sultry “Reminding Me” and wistful “Good Days” to the uptempo “Dancin’ In The Sky” and “Never Let Me Let You Go.” Said Hook, “I wanted to make sure my music was diverse to reflect my tastes. The music on this EP represents what I love to do live, and in a live show I want to have those dynamics and those more emotional moments.” Hook co-wrote each song on the EP, and worked with a dream team of co-writers including Jason Evigan, Ryan Tedder, Ammar Malik, Ethan Thompson and Jonas Jeberg.
