12 DECEMBER 2025 (TORONTO, ON) - Troye Sivan celebrates a decade since the release of his debut album, 'Blue Neighbourhood', with the announcement of 'Blue Neighbourhood - Ten Years On' — a special reissue featuring brand-new, reimagined art from original illustrator Hsiao-Ron Cheng.
‘Blue Neighbourhood - Ten Years On’ includes two additional tracks much loved and requested by fans: "Strawberries & Cigarettes", a standalone sleeper hit with over 1 billion streams, originally written during the ‘Blue Neighbourhood’ era and included in the 2018 film and soundtrack Love, Simon; and "Swimming Pools", originally available on a retail, physical exclusive version of the album. ‘Blue Neighbourhood - Ten Years On’ will be a limited-edition release, available on 'Blush & Blue 2LP', CD and cassette, and is set for release February 13, 2026. In ‘Blue Neighbourhood’, Troye Sivan built an intoxicating mini-universe of emotion, exuberance and fragility. It's a gleaming statement in state-of-the-art pop and a landmark debut album, garnering fan and critical acclaim and, ten years on, over 5.5 million album equivalent sales and approaching 10 billion streams. The album features breakthrough singles 'WILD', 'YOUTH' as well as 'FOOLS' and 'TALK ME DOWN' from the ‘Blue Neighbourhood’ trilogy film.
Upon its original release on December 4, 2015, ‘Blue Neighbourhood’ debuted at number six in Australia and number seven in the United States, selling 65,000 album-equivalent units. Pre-orders for the album reached No. 1 within hours on the iTunes Store in ten countries, including the United States. The album remained on the Billboard 200 chart for forty-seven weeks and was certified platinum in both the US and Australia.
Lead single 'YOUTH' became Sivan's first single to enter the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at number 23, and was certified 4× platinum in Australia and 2× platinum in the US. The track won Sivan's first ever ARIA Awards in 2016 for Best Video and Song of the Year, and Billboard ranked 'YOUTH' at number 11 on their "100 Best Pop Songs of 2016" list.
The accompanying ‘Blue Neighbourhood’ trilogy - a groundbreaking music video series for 'WILD', 'FOOLS' and 'TALK ME DOWN' - was nominated for Breakthrough Long Form Video at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, while Sivan won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Worldwide Act in 2016.
With its personal stories about first experiences with love and embracing identity, the album cemented Sivan as a vital new voice in pop music.

Troye Sivan is a GRAMMY nominated Australian singer, songwriter and actor who has firmly established himself as a global icon in the worlds of pop music, culture, fashion and LGBTQIA+ representation.
