Produced by music impresario Fraser T Smith, “Decline” reworks the chorus medley from Ja Rule and Ashanti's “Always On Time” and features singer/songwriter Mr. Eazi alongside RAYE’s standout trademark vocal talents over this smooth slice of modern pop.
