UNIVERSAL MUSIC CANADA AND SIX SHOOTER RECORDS ENTER INTO EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP
(06 November 2014 – Toronto, ON) – Universal Music Canada (UMC), the country’s leading Music Company and acclaimed Toronto based independent record label Six Shooter Records announce that they have entered into a partnership whereby UMC will be the exclusive distributor of Six Shooter’s award winning repertoire. The deal was announced today by Randy Lennox, President and CEO, Universal Music Canada and Six Shooter Records founder, Shauna de Cartier.
The first release to come from this exciting partnership is the new album from Whitehorse, who today announced the 17 February 2015 release of their new album,
Leave No Bridge Unburned. The iTunes pre-order of
Leave No Bridge Unburned, complete with instant download of single “Sweet Disaster” starts November 18.
